To know before you start the registration process

1. No Wind Refund Policy: In case it will be impossible to do or to complete your course because of the lack of wind, you will be refunded in proportion for the untaken hours. No refund is provided for other reasons not depending on us or not depending by weather conditions.
2. Prices: prices are per person. The list of our services and related prices are at this page.
3. Promo for early booking is applied if the full payment of thekite course, kite&sleep or accommodation is done within the indicated terms at the price list page, here.
4. Downpament: For booking our services, we ask you to fill the right form here below. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email with the data for doing the downpayment that we require to confirm the booking. Please do not book at the last minute without contacting us, we could have not availability). Please note that the downpayment is not enough to take advantage of the early booking discount. To take advantage of the early booking discount, the full payment of related service is required.
5. Last minute requests: we cannot guarantee availability of places for kite courses and Kite camp for last minute reservations, but we are always ready to find the best solution for you!
6. Where we are: the Headquarter of our Kite Center is based in Punta Trettu, in the south west of Sardinia. We also have a branch in Cagliari, the Capital of Sardinia. To understand what how our kite school is organized and how we manage the kite courses, you can have a look here. In the spring and summer season we are mostly based in Punta Trettu and, depending on the blowing wind, kite courses could be taken in:
   • Punta Trettu, considered one of the best kite spots in Europe, located in the south-west of Sardinia (approximately 1 hour by car from Cagliari’s downtown);
   • Kite spots around Cagliari (approximately 20 minutes by car from Cagliari’s downtown), only if there is no wind in Punta Trettu and it is windy in those spots around Cagliari.
7. We highly reccomend to have a car! Car could be needed to move to different kite spots and, in case you are in Punta Trettu, to move from Punta Trettu to other places in the “no kite lessons times” or simply to reach markets, restaurants, etc. We also offer a car sharing service for the member of the KiteGeneration Club and transfer from/to the airport. For mmore information about the transfer, car-sharing and rental car services, have a look here. Shuttle service to the kite spots could be provided only in some cases and if agreed in advance. Shuttle service require a fee for each day of service.
8. We can guarantee instructors that speak English or Italian. No other languages can be guarantee for the season 2022.
9. Kite courses – you can register for the following type of courses :
   • Private Course: 1 instructor – 1 student – 1 kite. With the private course you will have a dedicated instructor for the kite course.
   • Semi-private course (1 instructor – 2/3 students – 1 kite. Available only if you are 2/3 friends or a couple with the level and with a difference of weight of maximun 15 kg, and that do the course on the same days with the same instructor. With the semi-private kite course you would alternate during the exercises, and that is useful as, looking the other students, you can see how to avoid the most common mistakes. We cannot join you to another person for a semi-private service; in fact, in most of cases we can’t join students who do not know each other, as they have always different needs (eg: different days of course) or different weights or kite level. In case the instructor decides that 2 kites can be used (1 instructor – 2 students – 2 kites), lessons will be considered as private.
10. Our class hours are 60 minutes (unlike many schools that consider 45 or 50 minutes). The lesson time begins when student start setting the kite and ends when the kite is packed. If the kite is already setted / inflated, the lesson could be some minutes less than 60 minutes. The time lost to wear the wetsuit, put suncream, etc. are not attributable to the school (the school delivers the wetsuit, helmet, harness, etc. to the student before the lesson, so student has plenty of time to wear all the kite equipment). Especially in the learning phases before to go upwind, to support the student the instructor bring the kitesurf upwind. The hours of lessons planned are those that are considered even if the student decides to finish the lesson earlier.
11. Kite&Sleep – you can register for the following type of Kite&Sleep :
    • Private KS – 1 person: Private room with private bathroom + Private Kite course (1 instructor – 1 student – 1 kite). This package is for people that would like a private room and a private course.
    • Private KS – 2 people: Double/Twin room with private bathroom + Private Kite course (2 instructors – 2 students – 2 kites). This package is for friends / couple that like to share the room but would like to have each one a private course.
    • Semi-private KS – 2 people: Double/Twin room with private bathroom + Semi-private Kite course (1 instructor – 2 students – 1 kite). This package is available only if you are 2 people, who know each other, that have similar level and weight (+/- 15 kg), and that do the course together in the same days, with one instructor and using only a kite – for safety reasons). We can’t join, for a semi-private course, people that don’t know each other as, they have different needs (e.g.: different days of course) or different weights or kite levels. If you would like to use 2 kites (only your own kites), that would be under your full responsibility and considered as private course and as planned if any issue happen (in this case, in fact, we can’t guarantee a proper service and security)

13. Data accuracy: data we are requiring in the kite registration form are needed to issue the insurance and to organize your kite course. Please, be careful that data you are inserting are correct and accurate.
14. Mandatory: If you are more than one person, please fill one form for each person. We need the data of all the people staying at our Kitesurf House (for Authorities regulations) or doing the kite course (both for regulations and to properly organize the kite course).
